We are glad to welcome and invite you to get to know your very own special spirit of Berlin.

If you are a business man, artist, flaneur, trade-visitor, globetrotter, couple in love, lover of the opera or just curious for Berlin: our two charming suites with free wireless internet and huge terrace are the perfect urban alternative to an hotel accomodation.

Our suites are situated within the direct exciting neighborhood of the Deutsches Theater, Reichstag, Charité, Brandenburger Tor and famous Friedrichstrasse. In a carefully renovated 19th Century townhouse (sidewing/2nd and 3rd floor), Schumannstrasse 16, you can relax in our quiet and sunfloated suites from a thrilling day in the pulsing metropole Berlin.

Excellent located in the heart of Berlin and connected to the public transport system you can quickly reach the cultural and historical sideseing-spots, shopping-miles, antique-and flee-markets, Cafés and restaurans etc..

The new Main Station (Berliner Hauptbahnhof) and the S –and U-Station Friedrichstrasse are comfortably nearby (5–7 min. by feet); if you take TXL-Bus (Karlsplatz) you can be here from Tegel-Airport within 20 min. From Airport Schönefeld you can take the S-Bahn to Friedrichstrasse (about 40 min.).

Literary foodsteps

The names for our suites “Pony Hütchen” and “Emil Tischbein” are inspired by the world-famous novel “Emil and the detectives” by Erich Kästner (1899-1974), one of our greatest german authors (poetry and novels). The Schumannstrasse is mentioned as the homebase of the main actors Emil and his cousin Pony.
